Gia Allemand Foundation (formerly the National Association for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) is a not-for-profit organization providing peer support, education, research, and resources for those affected by Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and female suicidal ideation. We aim to improve the quality of women's lives through awareness, education, outreach, and recovery.
